Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 fee.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in a $100 charge.

We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unforeseen situation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Exceptions to our cancellation policy may be made at management’s discretion.

Deposits

A deposit is required for all Cosmetic, Microneedling, and Laser appointments to secure your booking.

Refund Policy

All service sales are final and non-refundable.
Skincare products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gratuity

Gratuities are greatly appreciated and can be added via cash or Venmo.

All appointments booked are subject to a cancellation fee. If you do not show up for your appointment ($100), or cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance of your appointment time ($50).
